Talking about #restorative #justice was easier a decade ago, before many had their view formed by a media with inadequate clarity & heart.
I know this could be called a 'vision' rather than 'a mission' and that it would be "better" to voice it in positive language. How about "my mission is to contribute to Sussex becoming a county -or two- without division and without disaffected youth or divided communities which do not talk to each other respectfully". Writing Personal Mission statements is always Work in Progress, me thinks.
