Sussex Community Blog

This blog makes a stand for openness and accountability, eg with the Hastings Pier Fire Justice Fiasco. The potential community justice Phoenix has not yet arisen. "We need to act if we want justice" was the first piece on this theme published in the Hastings Observer (2011). In 2014 the blog author is now working closely with people who know the arrestees.

  • If you want to meet face-to-face, by all means call into the office, based at Southwater Area Community Centre, or ask for me to come and visit you.
    • Travel directions will be added to this site in the form of a YouTube clip; simply travel to St Leonards Warrior Square Station from eg Charing Cross or London Bridge, or even Hastings station (less than 4 minutes away). The Southwater area community centre is right next to Platform 2 of St Leonards Warrior Square Station.

    Police Request for information and the Peoples Justice option

    The Police are asking anyone with information about the fire to call 0845 6070999 quoting Operation Kingmaker. Anonymous information can be left via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0845 6070999 0845 6070999.
